Fragrance container doesn’t fit in the diffuser

I have tried contacting the company with no luck.

We are sorry to hear you are having difficulties with the gel container. In an effort to reduce plastic waste, we no longer provide a black 'cartridge' with every gel. Instead we use a recyclable 'pod' that fits into the cartridge.

Great diffuser

I think that the idea behind this diffuser is excellent. Not having to change water is not only convenient, but helps keep growth of bacteria down.

Excellent product
